Meet Coen

Compassionate, Adventurous, Eager

Strengths:

As someone who had the privilege of growing up in a loving household, I have always been taught to express myself and be in tune with how I’m feeling. This has helped me form strong relationships and navigate life in a charismatic way. Competing in high level sports has also taught me constructive discipline and helped me form healthy lifelong habits. All of these experiences have helped me be confident in my own ways and created a desire to help others.

Presentation Topics:

Opening up about feelings, facing adversity in school and sports, emotional awareness, support networks, and working through mental struggles.
