Rural Mental Wellness Toolkit

THE Rural Mental Wellness Toolkit contains resources created for individuals living in agricultural and rural communities

The Rural Mental Wellness Toolkit is an online community-based mental health program that creates access to mental wellness education and rural peer support training. The Toolkit houses resources that are created for diverse audiences, including youth, families and seniors. The Inspiring Stories for You section showcases videos of rural residents, who share their personal journeys and open conversations around mental health and stigma.

The Toolkit offers an opportunity to register for Rural Peer Support Training, where individuals in rural communities learn how to become peer facilitators and ignite support groups in their communities.
