We offer engaging and informative Professional Development Day Sessions as part of our comprehensive Stigma-Free School Program. Our live sessions help educators create inclusive environments for students and get the most out of the Society’s no-cost Student Mental Health Toolkit.
These sessions welcome educators, school counsellors, and any school staff member interested in teaching students about mental health and stigma. Attendees gain tools to address mental health challenges and eliminate stigma within their school communities. Our team equips participants with strategies that can be immediately applied in the classroom, creating a supportive and Stigma-Free learning environment for all students.

Our inspiring presenters detail their lived experiences with mental health challenges and/or stigma through Virtual Stigma-Free Presentations. In this live demonstration, attendees listen to presenters’ eye-opening stories and discuss key insights. Each presenter offers a unique perspective, fostering empathy and understanding among participants.
