Stacey is a mental health advocate who speaks openly about depression, anxiety, and body image — and how hard it can be to carry those struggles in silence. She understands what it’s like to feel overwhelmed by school, pressure, and the expectation to always be okay. Her goal is to let young people know they’re not alone, and that reaching out is a sign of strength, not weakness.

Guided by the teachings of Elders and the power of lived experience, Stacey advocates for mental health care that is compassionate, inclusive, and culturally safe. Stacey finds inspiration in bold characters, especially the ones who have struggles, show vulnerability, and still choose to ask for help. Whether through writing, art, or her love for Marvel comics, she reminds others that being real is brave — and that healing starts with knowing you’re enough, just as you are.
