Sabrina Lau

Sabrina aims to break down the stigma around mental illness and encourage the public to have more discussions about mental health. Sabrina is currently a fourth-year Commerce student at University of Victoria. She understands the stress that students of all ages face, and her goal is to spread positivity and hope to them. As someone who has experienced racial stigma and learning difficulties, Sabrina wants to inspire younger generations to overcome those obstacles and be proud of who they are. By sharing her story, Sabrina hopes others can learn how to love themselves and be brave to talk about mental health.
