Learning what self-care is, why it’s important, and how I can incorporate it in my daily life. I used to struggle with making time for myself to unwind and relax every day, but with a little self-discipline and organization, I am now able to adjust my daily schedule to include self-care. One of my goals is to help youth understand the significance of self-care and hopefully add it to their daily routines as well!

My name is Radha. I am 15 years old, and I enjoy playing music and doing arts and crafts such as cross stitch and embroidery. I aspire to be a psychologist in the future. With my presentation, I hope to raise awareness about mental health and help youth realize it is okay to not be okay sometimes. I believe it is extremely important to eliminate all stigma surrounding mental health. I hope that my presentation can help with that!
